MOPAR® CONNECT



With the selection of Mopar® Connect services, you have a dedicated assistance service ready to offer support in case of theft, accident or breakdown. In addition, with the new remote features, you will know where your vehicle is, you will be able to conveniently check its status via your smartphone and, for electric vehicles, you can manage both public and private electric charges.

Mopar® Connect services are available as an accessory if you already own a compatible Fiat Professional vehicle or as a standard on selected models. For more information about compatible vehicles, availability and services activation, please contact an authorised retailer of your choice. Discover the full range of services now!

 

MY:ASSISTANT, SAFETY AT YOUR FINGERTIPS

Mopar® Connect Crash Assistance provides help 24 hours a day. With the Crash Assistance service, your vehicle will be able to identify the impact and send the GPS position to the operations centre. A my:Assistant operator will call you back and will be able to request help to the place of the accident.
If your car has a problem, with Mopar® Connect you have Roadside Assistance, dedicated to your needs and those of your vehicle.

The Roadside Assistance number, will put you in touch with a my:Assistant operator who will request roadside assistance to your location. Prompt intervention will have you back on your way in no time! (Mopar Connect does not include roadside assistance cover).

If your car is no longer where you left it, Mopar® Connect can help you find it. With Theft Assistance, your vehicle will be able to detect unauthorised towing or tampering of the device and can receive assistance from a my:Assistant operator. After having reported the theft, the operators will provide the GPS coordinates and will immobilise the engine when the vehicle stops to facilitate recovery.


MY:REMOTECONTROL ALLOWS YOU TO CONTROL YOUR CAR FROM A DISTANCE

Finding your car in a crowded parking lot has never been easier. Locate it on the map and follow the fastest route to get there.

Keep an eye on your car even when you’re not at the wheel! Thanks to the Activate Notifications system, you can receive alerts when your car leaves a designated area or if the person driving it is travelling at excessive speed.



MY:CAR KEEPS YOUR VEHICLE IN PERFECT CONDITION

my:Car by Mopar® Connect is able to provide up-to-date information about your vehicle. You can check the fuel level or tire pressure to ensure that every journey is a safe one.

Check the Vehicle Health Report with useful information on the health of your car and tips on how to take care of it.



MY:JOURNEY TURN YOUR ITINERARIES INTO TRAVEL EXPERIENCES

my:Journey is the new service included in Mopar® Connect that allows you to view and manage your journeys via your smartphone*.

My:Journey keeps track of car movements and allows you to view trips in a dashboard, add customised notes, merge multiple trips into one, and categorise trips as personal or business; to form a unique travel experience.

MY:eCHARGE ALLOWS YOU TO CHARGE FROM PUBLIC AND PRIVATE CHARGING STATIONS

my:eCharge is the Fiat Professional e-Ducato package which, through the use of dedicated features and mobile apps, allows you to find, use, pay and track recharges at public charging stations (easy Charge), as well as being able to manage charging with a Connected Wallbox.



MY: FLEETMANAGER SIMPLIFIES FLEET MANAGEMENT

ACTIVATE MOPAR® CONNECT SERVICES IN JUST A FEW STEPS!

Request an authorised retailer to install Mopar® Connect on your vehicle, in order to use the services. Mopar® Connect comes with 1 year of complementary services included in the price.  Once the unit has been fitted, the retailer will pre-activate Mopar® Connect using the email and contact details provided by you.

You will receive an email with a link for services activation. Register or enter with your Stellantis account details, and follow the simple steps to complete the activation.

You will receive a confirmation email when the Mopar® Connect services are active. Access your personal space on driveuconnect.eu and start using Mopar® Connect!



DO YOU NEED TO RENEW YOUR MOPAR® CONNECT SERVICES?

When the Mopar® Connect services active on your vehicle get near to expiring, you can renew them in a way that best suits you and your needs.

Renewal is available in two packages:
- LIGHT, which includes my:Car, my:Remote, my:Journey and my:eCharge
- FULL, which includes my:Car, my:Remote, my:Journey, my:eCharge and my:Assistant

You can renew the services for 12, 24 or 36 months.
