With the selection of Mopar^® Connect services, you have a dedicated assistance service* ready to offer support in case of theft, accident or breakdown. In addition, with the new remote functions, you will know where your van is and will be able to conveniently check the fuel level and the tyre pressure via your smartphone.

Mopar^® Connect services are available as an accessory if you already own a compatible Fiat Professional vehicle.

New Radio 7"

The Ducato range extends the on-board offer of entertainment systems. The new infotainment device is available as standard version or with Navigation system: 7 ”touchscreen, natural voice recognition, USB port, DAB radio, steering wheel radio controls and rear-view camera compatibility.
The new system improves its connectivity with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto^TM support.
The new Radio with Navigation system offers something unique: the possibility to set the vehicle's dimensions including also the conversion and loading capacity of the vehicle in order to obtain indications to avoid narrow roads or low tunnels.

MY:ASSISTANT

SAFETY AT YOUR FINGERTIPS

Mopar^® Connect Crash Assistance provides help 24 hours a day. With the Crash Assistance service, your vehicle will be able to identify the impact and send the GPS position to the operations centre. A my:Assistant operator will call you back and will be able to request help to the place of the accident.

If your van has a problem, with Mopar_® Connect you have Roadside Assistance, dedicated to your needs and those of your vehicle. The Roadside Assistance number, available on the Uconnect™ LIVE app, will put you in touch with a my:Assistant operator who will request roadside assistance to your location.

If your van is no longer where you left it, Mopar_® Connect can help you find it. With Theft Assistance, your vehicle will be able to detect unauthorised towing or tampering of the device and can receive assistance from a my:Assistant operator. After having reported the theft, the operators will provide the GPS coordinates and will immobilise the engine when the vehicle stops to facilitate recovery.
